Cleaner of the month!
You will have received by now our June newsletter introducing our Cleaner of the Month Scheme and the reward incentive for our cleaners. SelClene will be issuing a £10.00 M & S Voucher to a cleaner nominated "cleaner of the month". We will be announcing the first winner at the end of June and at the end of each month thereafter.
The decision will be made on a number of factors as follows:
- You need to have been working with SelClene for at least 3 months
- Client feedback from regular service calls made to them
- Reliability on a weekly basis
- Standard of cleaning as per the feedback from the clients
- Cover cleaners who only register for cover work will be included
- Timeline logging in/out (for those clients who request it)
- Communication with the clients and the office
We will be posting who the winner is at the end of June. Watch this space!
Everybody has a chance to win. If you are not chosen this time, please do not be disappointed as we have 400 cleaners, all of whom do a good job. Keep an eye on the website, next month it could be you!
We would like to remind all our cleaners that we value all your hard work and dedication. Thank you for your reliability, efficiency and integrity which will carry you a long way.
