Why use SelClene?

Since our establishment in 1995 SelClene (St Albans) Ltd has built a reputation for supplying reliable and professional home cleaners in the Hertfordshire area. We now also offer commercial cleaning services.

Meeting all our clients prior to supplying the service gives us both the opportunity to ensure that we can meet all the requirements.

Selecting your cleaner is a professional process whereby we obtain proof of identity, address, written references and check confirmation of their details. To make the grade they must then attend a detailed interview and training session covering topics from cleaning practices to health and safety and reliability.

Meeting your cleaner prior to them commencing work is recommended. You can then outline any special requirements and preferences.

On starting your service your cleaner is given a 5 digit pin number. This is logged into your telephone by means of a freephone number on arrival and departure. The SelClene office can then monitor your cleaner's time keeping. This service, known as "timeline", is optional, but highly recommended.

Insurance We have insurance to cover any major damage within your home.

Looking after our clients is our primary concern. Our "customer advice line" is open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, with experienced personnel ready to assist you on any service matters.
