Being completely new to the luxury of having somebody else cleaning my house, I felt your agency provided vetted cleaners and a back up service whenever I needed it.

I was given good advice on how to direct the cleaning lady on her first visits, and told what I could reasonably expect her to do. But what appealed to me most was that, were I to encounter any problems, I could rely on the agency and ultimately change cleaner avoiding all sorts of awkward situations.
